ECTEH - VTA 37.00 M³/DAY - 400 users - Industrial Use

Design and construction of a Compact Sewage Treatment Plant (ECTEH) , intended for the industrial enterprise, with a capacity of 37.00 m³/day , sized to serve approximately 400 meals/day, 350 operational employees and 50 administrative employees .
 System configuration:
 Initial screening and desanding: 1,500L GRP tank;
 Biological treatment:
 Anaerobic phase in horizontal flow filter – 10,000L;
 Aerobic phase in biological filter with prolonged aeration – 10,000L;
 Tertiary treatment: 1,000L chlorinator tank;
 Effluent pumping station: submersible motor pump (THEBE TSB 120, 0.5 HP), automated with level float and Siemens armored control panel;
 Sludge return system: Ferrari 0.5 HP submersible pumps, with recirculation to the sand trap.
