Supply and assembly of Compact Sewage Treatment Station (ECTEH) , intended for the School Unit , with a capacity of 9.75 m³/day , designed to serve 350 students and 20 employees .
System configuration:
Biological treatment: activated sludge technology in horizontal flow , with prolonged aeration and medium bubbles (Idealvent CRMP-10 radial compressor);
Tertiary treatment: decanter by electrochemical ionization (electroflocculation) , with coagulant generated from aluminum electrodes, replacing the use of chlorine;
Operational support: complete electrical control panel, sludge return pump (LEPONO 0.5 HP), biogas filter with activated carbon;
Integrated system in a single 4,000L GRP tank, with compartments for anaerobic, aerobic, ionization and UV phases.
